Decision Governance Lifecycle
Agent Output Interception
Any registered enterprise AI agent output is intercepted at intake. Execution is blocked immediately — before anything reaches a downstream system.
Review Queue
Intercepted output enters the governance queue. It stays blocked until a human reviewer acts. No passive queue. No auto-release by default.
Review Workbench
Reviewer sees execution state, matched trigger rules, drift evidence, and the authority requirement. Every item requires a decision.
Decision and Authority
Reviewer approves, rejects, escalates, or requests revision. A written reason is required. No action without reason. No reason without record.
Execution Authorization
On approval, DAL-X writes an immutable decision record and issues a single-use, time-bound execution token.
Downstream Validation
Downstream system presents the token to the DAL-X enforcement gate. Token missing, expired, or scope-mismatched — execution is blocked.
Authorized Execution
Execution proceeds only after the token clears all enforcement gates. No valid DAL-X authority. No execution.
Receipt and Evidence
An execution receipt is written as immutable proof of authorized action. Denial receipts are also recorded.
Immutable Timeline
Every governance event — interception, decision, token issuance, execution — is appended to the append-only authority chain.
Authority Chain Proof
The complete authority path from agent output to execution receipt is visible, verifiable, and exportable with Ed25519 cryptographic signing.
